WooCommerce Zapier Legacy (Version 1) Shutdown on 14 October 2024
Current Version Remains Fully Operational¶
The WooCommerce Zapier plugin allows connection to Zapier using two separate apps on Zapier.com, the WooCommerce app on Zapier.com and the WooCommerce (legacy) app on Zapier.com.
The WooCommerce (legacy) app on Zapier.com is being discontinued on 14 October 2024, after 4+ years of deprecation. The WooCommerce app on Zapier.com has been fully operational and supported since 2020, and this is the version that must now be used.
As of 14 October 2024, any Zaps using the WooCommerce (legacy) app on Zapier.com will stop working. For those Zaps to continue operating, they need to be migrated to the WooCommerce app on Zapier.com by reconfiguring those Zaps.
It is understood that changes like this can be inconvenient. You can access support to help make this transition as smooth as possible.

If you are reading this on or after 14 October 2024, any Zaps using the WooCommerce (legacy) app on Zapier.com have stopped working and are no longer receiving new data.
Timeline¶
- 6 April 2020: WooCommerce Zapier Version 2 was released and existing users notified via email about Version 1 being deprecated.
- 5 August 2024: Reminder email sent to affected users.
- 28 August 2024: Reminder email sent to affected users.
- 7 October 2024: Reminder email sent to affected users.
- 14 October 2024: All WooCommerce (legacy) Zaps paused and no longer receive new data. Affected users notified via email, and must migrate to Version 2.
Who is Affected¶
- Affected Users: Those using the WooCommerce (Legacy) app on Zapier.com or Version 1 of the WooCommerce Zapier plugin.
- Unaffected Users: Those using the WooCommerce app on Zapier.com and Version 2 of the WooCommerce Zapier plugin.
What You Need to Do¶
To continue using WooCommerce Zaps, please upgrade to the latest version of the WooCommerce Zapier plugin, and reconfigure your WooCommerce (legacy) Zaps to use the WooCommerce app on Zapier.com.
